I decided to split this blog up.

aeryn.me

It all began as a catch-all blog on the Micro.blog1 platform (previously on Blot). Just for anything I was working on.

And that suited me very well. I’m a haphazard creator and just need to go with that until stuff begins to make sense.

Then Micro.blog upgraded their

offering, and now I am able to have multiple blogs on one account. Yay!

Being Me

So I have peeled off all posts that made up my “spirituality” vlog and blog, and they are now on their own blogsite. The new address for this is https://being.aeryn.me. So please head on over and check it out, if that interests you. I have attempted to set up all appropriate redirects for posts, and the RSS feed. That blog will not be posting to the Micro.blog timeline.

Arty Stuff

I’ve recently been getting more creative again, and enjoying setting up a publishing workflow for my art. And I hope I can keep going with it. But it’s early days.

For now, that’s going to mainly happen through my new PencilBooth account via email newsletters. And I will be using my Blot account as a kind of archive.

I’m abandoning my Bluesky account and will delete sometime soon.

I want to focus on real, authentic interactions with other creators via mine, and their own websites, newletters, emails, etc.

People talk about the Indie Web and it reminds me how it used to be before the tech giants took over. I am embracing it.
